Roger Mayfield and his wife Rena are the owners of OUT-BACK POOL & SPA. We started our business in November of 2000. Roger has twenty-seven years experience in all phases of swimming pool construction. He has ten plus years in training with BioLab learning water chemistry. He has attended many educational classes on swimming pool design. We have only offered swimming pool construction in the last ten years we have been in business, but with the growth of our company we are honored to announce we opened a retail store at 8910 SW 34th, Ste. 7, behind ColdWater Creek off Soncy. We are the dealer for Vita Portable Spas, xStream Swimspas, and we carry OMNI chemicals for pools and spas, offer free water analysis, pool equipment, supplies, and parts.
We chose to open a business and move our family to Amarillo because of the economic stability. We have five children that are between the ages of six and nineteen years old. We are very busy keeping up with all their activities and managing a business. We have found with our own experience a swimming pool offers a healthy and productive way to spend quality family time. Roger can custom design a pool to fit any backyard and budget. He will sit down and discuss what is ideal for your family.
We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Panhandle Builders Association. In the eleven years we have been in business we have had one or more swimming pools in the Parade of Homes for ten years. We recently have been asked by the Better Business Bureau to join them in a commercial two summers in a row, to celebrate being an accredited business. Pentair Pool Products asked Roger this July 2011 to become the main Pentair Warranty Station in the Panhandle area, that is an honor. Also, our sales have increased every year we have been in business, this year they were double by the end of June 2011. Our goal is to give our customers a place to come after construction. We want to teach our customers about water chemistry and the proper care to maintain their pool. We want to build a lasting relationship with all of our customers. Construction is not the only thing we specialize in, we also offer a Vita Portable Spa or an xStream Swimspa. Portable spas are an affordable way to find relaxation in your own home, plus they are efficient to operate. Swimspas are an excellent choice for people who like to exercise and swim laps, in the privacy of their own home. In the Pool Industry ideas and options are endless!
