Building a swimming pool is more than digging a hole and pouring concrete in it.  The first phase of construction is the Excavation, which is the most crucial phase of building the swimming pool.  Elevations need to be set so there is the correct amount of fall from the house to the pool.  We check elevations through the excavation process to make sure the pool is dug accurately.  Also, we shave our walls and pull measurements to make sure the correct amount of concrete will be used during gunite.

The construction phases shown in pictures below is tying of rebar, pre-plumbing the pool before gunite, and applying gunite.  We run our rebar on claser centers, we use a heavier rebar in the bond beam and in stress areas of the pool.  We blow a thicker shell and bond beam.  We have developed our own  hi-strength gunite mix that we have had independently tested, which gives us the confidence to offer our customers a Lifetime Structure Warranty.  Further details are available regarding the construction of our pools in an appointment.

The construction phase shown below in this picture is the plumbing phase.  We dig our ditches below the freeze thaw line.  We dig our ditches wider and prepare the ditches so there we be no premature wear on the pvc pipe.  We wash our ditches in slowly so there is no premature falling after the construction process is over.Click here to add text.
The picture shown below shows tile, coping, and deck.  This shows the quality of workmanship in this picture.  This elevated spa has a cantlever integral  colored stamped coping, with integral colored stamped deck.   .
Plastering is the last phase of construction.  In the picture below our plaster crew is applying a medium gray plaster, which gives a dark blue water.  There are several options in chosing a plaster product, the color, texture, and cost.  We can educate a customer to help in the decision making  when building a pool.
